Managing projects is my jam. I will work with you to break down your project into digestible pieces and create systems that ensure deadlines are met.

Examples of previous work:

• Nonprofit VOTE: directed the Civic Engagement Anchor program which involved collaborating with six state partners and 100+ local partners tasked with sustaining and building statewide capacity for voter engagement activities 

• National Nonprofit (Confidential Client): project managed the launch of national program expansion; developed curriculum and training foundation

Examples of previous work:

• New American Leaders: created coaching program that prepared candidates and political operatives to run and lead campaigns

• Gold Futures Challenge (GFC): created infrastructure and processes for applications, selections, and grant making; GFC received 451 applications spanning over 20 states, granted out $1.5 million+ to 36 organizations, and engaged over 30,000+ people to vote in the challenge  

Apart from my three main services, I am available for coaching, grant writing, branding, and public speaking.

Coaching:

• Career: I work with professionals in the social impact, nonprofit, government, and political fields. I will problem solve/workshop solutions/etc. during a 1:1 or coach you over the course of a few months to ensure that you meet your goals.

• Political Candidates: I work with candidates on a case by case basis. I particularly specialize in infrastructure support, branding, and messaging.

Grant Writing: I will work with your nonprofit on drafting and editing your grant applications and reports. My specialty is working with organizations with budgets $1 million dollars or less.

Branding: I will work with you or your organization to shape your brand voice and aesthetic. In partnership with one of my collaborators we can also create a branding guide and toolkit, including logo, colors, fonts, etc.

Public Speaking: I'm passionate about a variety of topics and have experience in moderating and speaking on panels. Some topics I've spoken about include civic engagement, running for office, women of color in politics, and Asian American philanthropy.

How long does a contract / engagement last?

Contracts can be as long or as short as your needs and budget.
